We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Paintings must be in their original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be returned; clearance items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@candcensemble.com BEFORE sending your item to:  Mountaineer drive, Alexandria, Virginia US 22306.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item.

When shipping an item back for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
